Attn All AmeriCam Plus users:

I have formatted the Carol Garvey 3 min greeting which can be added as a greeting to your Earnware 800# Sizzle Line. Download the Greeting. Then follow the instructions below to load it into your earnware center.

To upload a .wav file from your computer:

1. Click on “Files” tab.
2. Click on the folder in the Selection Menu where you want to store the new greeting.
3. Click on the word “New” icon at the top of the main screen and select “Greeting…” from the drop-down menu. A new window titled “Add Greeting” appears.

   Note: Be certain that you select “Greeting…”and not “File…” from the “New” drop-down menu.

4. In the window that appears:
   

   a.

   To upload a single file: i.    Click on “Select File.” A new window titled “Select Files for Uploading” will appear.   ii.    Locate the file you want to upload.   iii.    Click on “Open.”   iv.    The file will appear in the “Add Greeting” window in the white field under the word “Files.”   v.    If you want to select another file, follow the steps above.   vi.    When all of the files you want to upload are displayed in the “Add Greeting” window under “Files,” click on the word “ Upload.”   vii.    Your file(s) will be loaded into the Greetings folder.
