Give your Business a Boost!
Have you or anyone on your team had a slow down in production lately? Perhaps they have gotten in a slump and start blaming upline, the company and anyone who crosses their path. It is an easy trap to fall into. I know, even leaders like me find ourselves in Stage 3 (being stagnant). Business drops off, goals are not met, goal setting comes to an end, etc. Where does it end?
One of the best ways to pull yourself or your team members out of Stage 3 is activity. Getting to a local event, better yet the Annual Convention could be just what the Doctor ordered. Every leader in AmeriPlan® will tell you getting yourself and your team to Convention will put your business six months ahead. I know it did for me. Three out of four Leaders on my Team who attended last year were promoted. One from RSD to ESD, one from SRSD to ESD. Allan Grogan was an IBO at last Convention and will walk across the stage as next week as an ESD.
Last night on the conference call NVP John Hayes spoke about the Stages IBO go through in their business. Listen to the call and do a self assessment of your business. Excellent tips from John. Finally, make a last minute push to get yourself and as many team members to Convention as possible. There are still a few premium tickets out there for $100 – $125. Call me for details. Tim Armstrong from Minnesota, did not plan on attending last week, until his upline Chuck and Tana Nicholson were able to get him a half-price ticket. Now he is going and is more excited than ever.
