One of the keys to member retention in AmeriPlan® is training our members how to use their card. So many people are used to Insurance and AmeriPlan® is different. To maximize the benefits our members and IBOs  need to know how to use the card.

There are two trainings available for our IBOs and Member  to become familiar with the benefit programs. NSD Mya Smith Trent has made two recorded lines availble for member training.
