Veteran’s Day

To Everyone,
It’s Veteran’s Day today.
= Thank you to all our Active Duty servicemen & women & their families.
= Thank you to all our Reserve servicemen & women & their families.
= Thank you to all our Veterans & their families.

The sacrifices these men and women have made for our country, for freedom worldwide, and many times for people who don’t even like us, is amazing, wonderful, and a great sacrifice that millions of us, your fellow countrmen, deeply appreciate.

Please .. find a serviceman or woman and THANK THEM.  Simply say, “Thank you for your service for our country.”  You will be pleasantly surprised by their reaction.  If you are so inclined, give them a hug when you thank them.

If you are homebound, go through your email address book and send an email or an e-card of appreciation to a serviceman or woman (active duty, reserve, or veteran).

Some can make a donation to http://vetsday.woundedwarriorproject.org/ which gives tremendously to our servicemen and women wounded in the war for freedom.  Please click here – and watch a 39 second video clip.

Click Here – to read about the Congressional Medal of Honor Recipients over the years. To date, 3,448 people have received this honor, but only 94 are alive today.  Their acts of heroism will bring tears to your eyes, and give you an appreciation for the greatness of the people who have fought for our country and for freedom worldwide.

To all our active duty, reserve, and veterans, I (Michael Lancto) salute you, thank you, and appreciate you for all you have done.

Michael Lancto
