Marketing with AmeriPlan

Allright, you just joined AmeriPlan®, and you are ready to get started marketing the plans and opportunity. One of the biggest questions I get is “Where can I get my leads?”. I often reply, do you want to spend a lot of money buying leads or would you prefer getting Free Leads? Free leads are often the best option for a New IBO who wants to market AmeriPlan® locally. Here are the best methods for getting free leads in your local market.

Free Leads in Your Local Market

  • Create a warm market list. (more info below).
  • Distribute Flyers and Sizzle Cards  (more info below).
  • Ask for Referrals  (more info below).

Creating a Warm Market List

OK, you have bought into the AmeriPlan® Opportunity. You must have seen the value of the services  AmeriPlan® offer or you would not be here. If you saw the value, don’t you think that other people you know would also see the value? Of course they will. Some of the common excuses people have as reasons for NOT making a warm market list are listed below.

  • I just don’t know anybody.
  • After being in previous network marketing companies, I have NO FRIENDS LEFT.
  • I am not sure what to say to my when calling.
  • My friends won’t join until I have made some money.
  • I don’t have enough knowledge to talk to my friends yet.

Let’s wipe out those objections today and get you started making money with AmeriPlan®.

  1. I just don’t know anybody.  Open up this memory jogger and you will be suprised at how many people come to mind.
  2. After being in previous network marketing companies, I have NO FRIENDS LEFT. Chances are you joined AmeriPlan® because we are different than most MLM Companies. We don’t have expensive products that you’ll have to try to get your friends to buy. We have affordable plans that will help your friends and family save money. You don’t want to find out three months from now that one of your friends or family members paid $6,000 for children’s braces, when you know you could have saved them thousands of dollars with AmeriPlan®.
  3. I am not sure what to say to my when calling. We can show you what to do and say and even help you talk to your warm market. Once you have made your warm market list contact your upline RSD and above and let them know you are ready for your 1st Practice Presentation. All you have to do is invite your friends and family to your Grand Opening and your upline will present the program for you.
  4. My friends won’t join until I have made some money. That is why you need to get third party verification and the Practice Presentation is the perfect opportunity for those you know to hear from some people who are already getting checks in the mail every week.
  5. I don’t have enough knowledge to talk to my friends yet. That is a good point and the best way for you to learn is have your own Grand Opening with a Practice Presentation where an  upline leader can present the program and answer any questions.

Distributing Flyers and Sizzle Cards

When you are out and about it is always good to have materials at hand that you can give to people you meet and place in strategic areas. But before you get your flyers and cards made up I highly recommend  getting a lead capture page. A lead capture page will allow you to collect the visitors information so that you can  followup with them via email and phone. The system I have used for the past seven years that works well is Simple AsABC.com. You can take a free 30 day test drive  at Simple AsABC.com and have a website to add to your cards and flyers. Here are some good sources for flyers and sizzle cards below.

  • DreamForMoreTeam.com has a variety of flyers and a training audio on marketing with flyers.
  • Roadto NVP.com has flyers  that can printed at home and  free business cards that can be ordered
  • BizOpGuyThe BizOpGuy offers a variety of cards flyers and more that can  be purchased.

Janie Jones:

            – Grocery Coupons: Simple, log into AccessSaver. You’ll see a coupon tab. There’s a printable coupon and there’s an online digital coupon (add to card). Ex. Ad coupons to her “Randalls” card. When you go to Randalls and swipes the card, and purchases the product, the coupon is deducted.

Tammy Hayes:

            – AmeriDoc: We believe this will be a great solution to a need for care. Unlimited access to a doctor 24/7 right from the convenience of your home; Telemedicine. You can call or email AmeriDoc. Then the doctor will call you back and diagnoses. Can call in a prescription to a local pharmacy. Stats show 60% of doctor’s visits are unnecessary. Here’s a great way to get the care that they need without going into the office. Doctor Diagnosis Consultation. Up to 4 per year. Electronic Medical Records (HIPPA compliant). Similar to our IBO Support Back Office. Securely stores your medical information. For some things, you can take a picture of, let’s say a rash, and email it in so the doctor can see it. Over 500 docs available through AmeriDoc.

Roger Campbell:

            – Intro on new compensation program: As of 1 Jan 11, APFlex is dissolved. For existing IBOs, we’re going to be rolled into Plat Freedom Pass. $49.95 will be lowered to $19.95. Will be mailed a kit. In order to be compensation qualified, buy or sell, a Plat Plus, Total Plat, or Plat Free Membership.

Carol Garvey:

            – Commissions: For the first time, you’ll decide what commission rate you want. Three choices based on the three IBO Start-Up Options.  New IBOs will also have that choice. 

  – Plat Plus ($50): 20%

  – Total Plat ($75): 30%

  – Plat Free ($150): 40%

Commission applies to all products sold. Our Non-chargebackable Commission Policy remains. Can upgrade to another program at anytime. Commissions for previously sold plans stay at the previous level. New business will be paid at the higher rate.  If, you downgrade, all commissions will drop to new rate.

            – Payments: Initial payment on any new business will generate a double commission. Regular commissions start the very next draft. WoW!!

- Ex: A Plat Free signs up a Plat Free: First month, $120 in a daily check. Second Month, Residual $60/month.

- NOTE: Carol gave more examples, but, I couldn’t keep up with them. :-( I recommend you listen to the recording.

James Beach:

            – Fast Track Program: One of the most successful programs we had in AmeriPlan was the Fast Track Prgm. It was so successful because it really focused on getting new IBOs into immediate action so that they got a check and had an opportunity to receive a Bonus.

            – Two Types of Fast Tracker Bonus Programs:

                        – New IBO as of Jan 1: If they promote to RSD (create $300 in Personal Monthly Revenue [PMR]) within 30 days, they become a Fast Tracker. Must maintain a min of $300 in PMR to receive their bonuses. Once they promote their first RSD, they get 5% Builders Business Override on that RSD’s business. If the RSD under you, promoted to RSD in 30 days, you get a $100 Bonus. Once you get your second RSD, you’ll get a 10% Builders Bonus Override on all RSD Business. Once you get your third RSD, you’ll get the usual 15% and promote to SRSD. Everytime someone under you becomes a Fast Tracker, you’ll always get that $100 Bonus. Just have to maintain that $300 in PMR.

                        – Existing IBOs that’re less than RSD: Company will allow you to create $300 in PMR and qualify as a Fast Tracker.  You get the opportunity to add in any personal business you created in Dec 10 to reach that $300. If you don’t reach it by 31 Jan 11, you won’t be able to qualify for the $100 cash bonuses.

                        – Existing RSDs and Above:  As of Jan 1, you get 30 days to create a new $300 of PMR. That will qualify you as a Fast Tracker. If you don’t reach it by 31 Jan 11, you won’t be able to qualify for the $100 cash bonuses. Once you’ve added new $300 business, it will add to your current PR to stay qualified.

                        – Live Call Schedule: NVPs, starting Mon, 3 Jan 11, will resume Training and Opportunity Calls. They will run Mon-Thurs Nites; 730pm CT Leadership Training Call; 830pm CT, Opportunity Briefing Calls.

Freedom Pass for existing APFlex IBOs), pay the difference, and you’re Upgraded!! We already have everything in place to get started. We have webinars in place and a PowerPoint Presentation. Starting Jan 1, go to your Back Office and watch the Webinar, its only 9 mins long. Everything is downloadable!!  Don’t forget, AmeriPlan National Convention coming up the weekend of the 8th of July 2011.

AmeriPlan® 2011 Update

Thursday night we had a great informational call with the National Vice Presidents of AmeriPlan®.  Some major changes are instore for 2011. See Cynthia’s notes from the call. Hear the call recording did not come out but you can see the new AmeriPlan® Webinar as well as a new compensation and Fast Tracker videos when you login to your IBO Support.  Here is a rundown of the changes, watch for a packet in the mail with all the details.

2011 Changes for AmeriPlan®

  • All current membership plans remain unchanged with the expection of the APFlex/Freedom Pass which will be phased out on Jan 1, 2011
  • Three membership plan options for IBOs.
  1. Platinum Plus =$50 mo ~ 20% commisions
  2.  Total Platinum = $75 mo  ~ 30% commisions
  3. Platinum FreedomPass = $150 mo ~ 40% commisions
  • Fast Tracker Bonus Program -
  1. Become a Fast Tracker RSD by creating $300 MR within the 1st 30 days of business.
  2. Maintain the $300 MR. 
  3. Promote your IBOs as Fast Tracker RSDs and earn a $100 Bonus (no limits on bonuses).
  • RSD-SRSD Bonus Overrides
  1. Promote one IBO to RSD and begin earning a 5% builders bonus on that RSD team’s business.
  2. Promote another IBO to RSD and begin earning a 10% builders bonus on ALL RSD team’s business.
  3. Promote a third IBO to RSD and you are a SRSD earning a 15% builders bonus on ALL RSD team’s business.
