How the Money Works: This document was created by Joe Blanton and revised by Bill Simms. It details all the commissions, bonuses and promotions on one page. It’s a great tool if you are doing one on one meetings.

You have figured the commissions at 20% instead of 30% on How The Money Works.

As mentioned in the 2010 Products Review http://www.myfirstgoal.com/pdf2010/program_changes.pdf
“All memberships enrolled in July 1, 2010 and thereafter will be paid first month’s commission of 30% and 20% commission residually.” So that is the correct pay for
new IBOs you will recruit. IBOs with of an active date of June 30, 2010 or before
will be grandfathered in at 30% residual on all previous and future dental and health plans.
