Welcome AmeriPlan attendees to The BLAST 2010:

AmeriPlan has contracted with Celebrity Coaches to provide service to and from the Las Vegas McCarran Airport on the following days: Thursday, January 21, 2010 and Sunday, January 24, 2010. The cost of the service is $20 ONE WAY ($40 round trip). This compares to $60 – $70 one way by taxi, sedan or other shuttle services available at the airport. Hint: It’s a great deal!!

Directions to find the shuttle bus departure area at the airport are detailed below. When you meet up with the greeter at the airport, you’ll be asked to sign a form. The $20 fee for transportation to the Loews Lake Las Vegas will be charged to your room account at the hotel. Note: If you are sharing a room with someone and you are not listed by name on the registration, please indicate alongside your name the name the room is registered under so the hotel can charge the correct room.

For transportation back to the airport on Sunday, you will be asked to sign up for the service at the HOTEL VALET DESK no later than noon on Saturday, and once again, the $20 fee will be charged to your room account.

For your convenience, please take a moment to read the following instructions to help you locate Celebrity Coaches private airport shuttle to the Loews Lake Las Vegas property.

Meet & Greet assistance is provided by Celebrity Coaches at the airport.  Staff will be at the baggage claim area between carousels 8 and 10 (right next to Starbucks Coffee). Our greeter will have an AmeriPlan sign. The greeter will escort attendees to the shuttle each hour at departure time and then return to the Starbucks at baggage claim. Zero (0) level is the area where all chartered shuttle buses are located.  DO NOT proceed to the double doors outside baggage claim area- that is NOT your shuttle bus area.

Thursday, January 21,  2010:

Arrival Times: 9 AM – 9 PM shuttle every hour at the top of the hour

Sunday, January 24, 2010:

Arrival Times: 6:00 am- 2:00 pm shuttle every hour at the top of the hour

NOTE: Please take note of the shuttle operating hours.  Celebrity will not be able to service you outside the shuttle operating hours.
